U.S., North Korea hammer out summit agenda — and South Korea might join in

A U.S.-North Korea summit in Singapore next months remains very much in play, and South Korean President Moon Jae-in may attend the meetings. Word of South Korean President Moon Jae-in's possible participation in the on-again, off-again summit came Monday in Seoul.
